chic caffeine : THIRD SEASON, west loop
There’s something about finding a place that gets your rhythm just right. Third Season does that for me. The name alone feels moody, minimal, and thoughtful — exactly how I want my mornings to feel before my phone starts nagging at me.
I spent the morning there with my laptop, my second oat latte (don’t judge), and that low, steady hum of people creating things. What makes Third Season special isn’t just the gorgeous coworking space — it’s everything orbiting around it. The shop tucked inside? Dangerous in the best way. Think beautifully designed home goods, cool books, and small-batch gifts you’ll “accidentally” buy for yourself.
There’s a lot more to learn about the space — how it started, who dreamt it up, all the workshops & rooftop tour — and I can already tell it’s the kind of place that feeds your brain and your wardrobe inspiration at the same time.
(As for what I wore and what I was thinking that morning… you’ll see below.)
vintage Weston Wear shirt, mens GAP denim jacket, Ruti barrel jeans, Boston mule Birkenstocks, mom’s pearls, Caddis readers
FIT CHK » wed morning, 68 degrees, chill but intentional vibe, west loop
WHAT WAS I THINKING » I was running behind this morning, so this was a quick decision…and when I need a quick fit, I usually go black. this was a new place to werk, so wanted a little bit of a stand-out & EVERYTHING goes back to black so this fitted graphic top was perfect. plus, it’s like a base layer so gives some warmth. went with my Birks, cause it gives an ease & effortlessness to my look (plus fall…feels like Birk szn to me).
this will def be a gift spot for me!
you can book a rooftop tour…check out their veggie garden and their greenhouses that support their flower biz
in the evenings, the space transforms back into the restaurant…and then it’s all about Maxwell Trading Co. really fab bustling vibe, ingredients come from their rooftop crop and make reservations if you’re hoping to dine!
